1. Overview

CyberGuard and SARA are Discord bots built to provide moderation, server protection, music, engagement tools, and live infrastructure information. We collect only the data needed to make these services work, keep them secure, improve reliability, and support server administrators.

By inviting or using either bot, using this dashboard, or joining our support community, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

Depending on how your server uses the bots, we may process the following categories of data:

• Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs, and message IDs needed for bot features.
• Configuration data such as prefixes, moderation settings, ticket categories, vanity role settings, logging channels, and join-to-create voice settings.
• Moderation and security event data such as joins, leaves, bans, kicks, role changes, channel changes, warnings, and anti-nuke detections.
• Music and engagement data such as queue state, playback requests, voice channel IDs, and command usage needed for SARA features.
• Dashboard and service telemetry such as bot latency, server count, user count, error logs, uptime status, and API health.
• Support information you voluntarily provide in our Discord server, such as bug reports, screenshots, feature requests, and messages.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

• Operate CyberGuard moderation, anti-nuke, ticket, vanity role, utility, and voice-channel features.
• Operate SARA music playback, queue management, lyrics, social game, community, and lag-free music features.
• Display live dashboard stats, bot health, and recent activity.
• Detect abuse, prevent raids, investigate bot errors, and protect community servers.
• Respond to support requests and improve bot reliability and feature quality.

4. Bot-Specific Data

CyberGuard

CyberGuard may process moderation and security events, server configuration, role/channel identifiers, user identifiers, and logs required for anti-nuke protection, ticket setup, join-to-create VC, vanity role, and utility features.

SARA

SARA may process voice channel identifiers, track requests, queue state, lyrics requests, social game activity, and basic server/user identifiers required for music and engagement features.

5. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for bot operation, security, support, or legal compliance. Configuration data may remain until a server admin removes it, resets the feature, or removes the bot. Logs and telemetry may be rotated or deleted periodically to reduce unnecessary storage.

If a bot is removed from a server, related configuration may be deleted or become inactive unless retention is needed for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, or backup recovery.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data only when necessary with:

• Discord, because the bots operate on Discord infrastructure and APIs.
• Hosting, database, monitoring, or proxy providers needed to operate the bots and dashboard.
• Server administrators when logs or moderation data belong to their Discord server.
• Law enforcement or legal authorities if required by valid legal process or necessary to prevent harm.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect bot data, including restricted access, monitoring, and careful handling of tokens and configuration. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.

8. Your Choices

Server owners and administrators can control bot configuration through Discord commands, dashboard controls, support requests, or by removing the bot from the server. Users may contact support to ask about data related to their Discord account, subject to verification and server ownership rules.

You can also limit data processing by avoiding certain bot commands, leaving servers that use the bots, or asking server staff to remove feature logs where appropriate.

9. Children

CyberGuard and SARA are intended for Discord communities and must be used in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside what is necessary to operate Discord bot features in servers where the bots are installed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, data practices, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. When updates are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be changed.
